Finally!
After dealing with the lice and continuing to get 3 very active girls to sit still we finally have good news. Despite the rain yesterday, lice, people avoiding us and the depressing mood Penny was in we got the birth certificates. Hooray! Today was spent getting the girls passports (1.5 hours in a crowded and hot place with kids who were not happy to be there and people staring at us gringos with crying kids.....just to sum it up for you). Another check off the list to come home. We also went during nap time to the doctors which means we can now go to the US Embassy tomorrow and get the o.k to bring our children home!!!!!!!!We have a flight scheduled for Saturday but we may try to see if Delta can get us on the one Friday. Either way we will be coming home. We miss you guys! We will post some more pictures either tonight or tomorrow.

Yea! Congratulations. The real celebration is about to begin as you transition back to "normal" life. Glad to hear today went your way.

You guys are in my thoughts and prayers. Hopefully things will go smoothly for you through the rest of the process to bring your children home. Hang in there and just keep checking heads for lice for awhile. I'm sure you are all ready to get back home and start a normal routine as a family. We love you and wish you the best.

Hey Uhlenbrock's,
We were so excited to read your good news and know that we will meet your precious daughters some time soon. We'll be praying for a Friday flight, but in either case we're grateful that you have a date in sight. In case you have not heard, we have a new little guy to introduce to you as well. Love you.

So glad to hear that you're almost home. It's so exciting when you know the date you can return home and that the waiting and paperwork are done. Thanks for letting us follow along as you build your family.
