Yesterday was quite the day with Abuelo Bob! First we want everyone to know that if you want to come to Bogota to visit we would love for you to come. It is so wonderful to have some extra help. You won't be disappointed and we would be grateful! Abuelo has been the hit of the day and all the girls love to be with him. He slept very well last night after playing very hard yesterday. We know he will be sore when he leaves here as all the girls love to be thrown in the air and spun around. It also is amazing to see how well behaved they can be with Grandpa too. He thinks they are little angels (they are awefully cute). Mama and Papa got to go on a walk to the store yesterday (alone). It was amazing.
We will be off to do more playing today and maybe try and go out to eat for lunch or dinner. We'll let you know how it goes. It also looks like we might be back after a total of 4 weeks. Our CHI representive wasn't sure when our court date would be for certain but we are hoping we can leave 2 weeks from tomorrow. We are planning on changing our plane tickets for that day.

Glad to see help has arrived and you all have found time to get away for a little bit! Even though I'm sure each day gets a little easier, just having that extra set of hands has to be wonderfully helpful!
Some advice to take or leave--you may want to wait on changing the plane tickets. Although our adoption went through a city outside of Bogota, we saw a number of CHI families go through the Bogota courts. Their stays ranged from 3-5 weeks depending upon which judge they were assigned. If you have tickets which require you to pay for each change, I would definitely wait or you may rack up a pretty good bill to pay! Even though we purchased the tickets that were changeable without penalty, I had heard stories of people who had to change 2-3 times and things got pretty messed up because you will not receive any kind of paper/e-mail confirmation. We called 5 days before we could leave Bogota and changed the dates with no problems and no confusion.
Regardless, I'm sure everything will work out perfectly. Good luck!
