Well the first year of waiting went by quickly and quite painlessly but then things started to change. It seemed that God was preparing us for our children. The store Penny managed closed, we purchased a larger car, and we lost our beloved cat Gepetto. These were some major changes as Penny now only works part time. We felt God saying get ready. And as if to confirm that, in February we received some information that maybe we are closer than we think. But we wait...and wait....and wait for any glimpse of information. Could tomorrow be the day? We often talk about what it will be like to get the call. And we wait...and wait....

You just never know when things may pick up. Just when we thought we had 3-6 months left to wait, we get the call. God knows when the time is right. He already has your children waiting for you. It's just a matter of when. Hang in there and celebrate the beautiful years of your marriage!
